Villa Layout

The villa sprawls over 11,000 sqm of acreage with bedrooms housed in numerous garden pavilions. The entry to the villa from the parking lot is through the double-storey main pavilion which opens up onto the gardens, leading up to the swimming pool. On the first level of the main pavilion, you will find an air-conditioned meeting room and a multipurpose room.

Four of the bedrooms sit alongside the main pavilion, two on each side, enjoying ocean views. A pavilion behind the rightmost ocean-view bedroom houses two guest rooms and the remaining three rooms share a common pavilion down a garden path.

Living Areas

Indoor living

Facing the swimming pool at the heart of the estate, the open-sided living room forms the social hub of the villa. Set in a double-storey pavilion, it has several sitting areas, allowing your group to break out into parallel conversations. Up a flight of stairs, the pavilion houses an air-conditioned meeting room on the first floor with ocean views through glass doors. A multipurpose room at one side can be converted into a fitness centre or used as an office.

Dining is enjoyed in a separate pavilion set in the garden with open sides and views of the pool. A well-equipped kitchen is tucked into the lower level of the living pavilion, with a back exit for ease of service to the dining area.

Outdoor living

The villa’s beauty lies in its expanse and vast acreage. Neatly manicured gardens sweep between pavilions, enveloping them into their green folds. A 14-metre swimming pool in their midst looks out towards the ocean, lined with sunbeds along one side. Hidden nooks delight as you explore the villa’s grounds, finding your own little paradise in this piece of heaven.

Master Bedroom

Fit for a king, the master bedroom has a separate living area with a flat-screen television and sofa seating. This TV lounge opens onto a garden on the other side and has wooden doors that lead to the bedroom. A king-size bed here looks out towards the ocean beyond manicured gardens. A small sit-out in the front allows you to sip on a cup of tea as you soak in the views every morning. Sit back in the planter’s chair and put your feet up as you read your favourite book. A sliding door leads to a walk-in wardrobe with a locker for safekeeping of your treasures. The ensuite master bath has a freestanding tub and frosted glass walls so it feels like a faux tropical bath. A separate shower cubicle is handy for quick showers.

Guest Bedrooms 1 & 2

Located on either side of the main living pavilion, Guest Bedrooms 1 & 2 feature king-size beds and bedside tables with reading lamps. These premium rooms are blessed with ocean views and a patio in front that leads to the green lawns. The ensuite bathrooms have shower cubicles and the rooms are fitted with flat-screen televisions for private viewing.

Guest Bedrooms 4 & 5

Sharing a pavilion between them, these two identical rooms are set behind the twin room. Surrounded by lush green lawns, they are perfect for a nuclear family of four with ensuite bathrooms and a separate entrance from the parking lot.
